ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The Lead Manager Program Support Tracking is responsible for supporting the delivery of existing programs, development of new programs and the coordination of program payments for Field Trade Marketing and customers across traditional retail and alternative channels. Workstreams include analysing program performance data to uncover operational insights, coordinating new program systems setup, developing program communications, resources and tools to support the field, seeking efficiencies within Trade payment systems, and handling customer program and payment inquiries.
This position requires extensive knowledge of industry trends, a strong understanding of Reynolds Marketing Services Company (RMSC) strategic plans/initiatives across all channels and competitive activity. A thorough understanding of retail contracts, pricing programs and Field Trade Marketing operations is required. Ideal candidates will possess strong relationship management capabilities to optimally communicate at all levels within the organization and with customers.

The Lead Manager Program Support Tracking has responsibility for ensuring operational excellence of go to market plans for current and future retail programs and the execution of resources and tools to improve effectiveness.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Analyses program performance data to provide insights into operational opportunities to support Field Trade Marketing execution of current retail programs.
Supports the conceptualisation, strategy and development of new retail contracts and programs in collaboration with Growth Management and Trade Marketing
Ensures retail program delivery through owning the setup of program components in Salesforce, building resources/tools to support field sell in and supporting ongoing Trade communications
Liaison of programs and Salesforce/eVIP teams for field and customers to resolve inquiries in collaboration with DBS collaborators.
Coordinate with internal collaborators on payment improvement processes and alignment with GBS.
Raise customer issue resolutions with internal and external partners.
Coordinate with internal and external collaborators for payment system testing and reporting approvals.
Demonstrates optimism, a winning attitude, drives high quality output. Total ownership of all workstreams regarding discernment and enhancing commercial results. Full accountability and formation of strategy and the ability to be nimbforward-thinking pivot when needed.
Build a cross-functional network comprised of key stakeholder’s integral to Trade Marketing operations and leverage as needed in support of department goals.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience
