Senior Manager Employee Relations

The Human Resources Function is pleased to offer an employment opportunity of a Senior Manager Employee Relations. This role is responsible for providing strategic and tactical employee relations consultation and resolution to managers and employees including coaching, counseling and adherence to company, HR, and departmental policies and procedures. This position reports to the Director Employee Relations and Compliance, in the Human Resources Function.


Key responsibilities of this role are conducting Investigations and following up on complaints; serving as an escalation point for Business Partners across all functions of the company as it relates to employee relations; handling corrective action appeals; managing calls to the ethics line and workplace practice hotline. In addition, other key responsibilities of this role will be managing the adherence to employment compliance as well as provide support in the area of Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity, OFCCP Compliance as well as compliance in global recruiting. Additionally, the role will assist with the management of various projects as assigned.



  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent relevant experience


  • The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Employee Relations and Compliance area of Human Resources
