WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Spares Parts Analyst
SENIORITY LEVEL: Entry Level
FUNCTION: Operations
LOCATION: Tobaccoville, NC (ASC TB)
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports to: Supervisor-Manufacturing - Maintenance
Number of Direct Reports: N/A
Core Relationships:
Internal – Operations Leadership, Technical Services Leadership, Analysts
External – Vendors, Procurement
Geographic Scope: Local
Travel Required: 10%
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Use of SAP R&RS system to ensure effective recording and reporting.
Use of standardized procurement processes.
Receiving and Issuance processes.
Maintenance of a unique Material Code and MPN in SAP for all stock items.
Robust period end and other reconciliation procedures to enhance controls.
Provision of adequate resources through an amicable organizational design.
Adherence with the SOx controls. SOx escalation procedures must be followed in case of breach of the relevant SOx control

Are you capable of covering the various processes for satisfying the material demand requirement either through Inter-company or External procurement from a Vendor
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Preferred - Three years’ experience with inventory control
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Microsoft Office professional suite.
WorkKeys: Reading for Information or Workplace Documents @ Level 5; Applied Math @ Level 5; Graphic Literacy @ Level 4; Workplace Observation @ Level 3; Applied Technology @ Level 4.
BENEFICIAL
Knowledge of and experience with SAP.
Above average analytical, decision-making, problem solving and research skills.

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
