WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR – LAW/REGULATORY

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Administrative Coordinator role will provide key administrative support to the Vice President & Assistant General Counsel – Regulatory and other LEX leadership team members.
To effectively execute the job responsibilities, the Administrative Coordinator should demonstrate expertise in all administrative functions. They should be proficient in all departmental office technology. In addition, they should be able to maintain knowledge of various programs and projects specific to the LEX team simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Pro-active management of complex calendars including arranging and rearranging appointments as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Support the planning and coordination of LEX Leadership Team travel logistics
Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications while exercising and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Organize, prioritize, and execute administrative tasks and projects as requested
Work closely and collaborate with the Administrative Coordinators for other leaders and other colleagues in support of special assignments

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Ability to proactively anticipate needs of and opportunities for assigned executive(s)
Ability to build and maintain business relationships and be calm and flexible under pressure and amidst changing priorities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and ability to manage multi-task assignments.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule when workloads and deadlines require.

- SharePoint administration experience a plus.

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW
Wage Information
Annual Salary: Minimum: 54 000; Maximum: 80 000.
Bonus Target:10 percent
