This position is within Reynolds American Services Company—a subsidiary that provides support services, including compliance, HR, law, finance, information management, and more to all of the subsidiaries of RAI.
We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our IT team as Director IT Digital. This role works as an integral part of the IT Demand team and has a strong understanding of Digital capabilities for consumer goods companies with demonstrated ability to provide end-to-end solutions. This position requires a strong technical background, the ideal candidate should have skills in e-commerce, Adobe Product Suite (Audience Manager, Campaign, Analytics, Target and/or Experience Manager), Salesforce, and systems integration.
As the Digital Director you’ll be Responsible for becoming the company leader for technology knowledge, leader of digital ideation, and the application of digital transformation. In this essential role, you’ll analyze technologies available, attend conferences, meet partners, other companies, etc., develop a roadmap of IT capabilities to share with Consumer Marketing and Trade Marketing, and drive digital improvements within IT.
We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate individual that acts as the primary liaison between external technology providers, IT, Consumer and Trade. Working proactively with several cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, market conditions, technology opportunities, and operating constraints. In this essential role, you’ll serve as the technology integration expert for BAT global interactions and focus on sharing and/or adopting global best practices.
Successful candidates should possess:
8+ Years of hands on management with cloud technologies and implementation experience.
5+ Years of eCommerce site management with IT and Interactive experience
Demonstrated performance as a technology leader working alongside the business, and IT teams.
Demonstrated performance as team leader of multifunctional technology teams.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; master of business administration, or master’s in computer science preferred
Demonstrated ability to think and communicate strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, privacy)
