This position is within Reynolds American Services Company—a subsidiary that provides support services, including compliance, HR, law, finance, information management, and more to all of the subsidiaries of RAI.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join the Information Technology team. You will be accountable for aligning business goals with digital capabilities. The role will be working with vendors, IT personnel, and Consumer Marketing supporting marketing initiatives associated to the branded websites and mobile applications. This is a fast paced and innovative environment that requires someone who is highly motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and has attention to detail skillsets.
The Information Analyst II role is a highly visible position that is an integral part of the Information Technology team with tremendous career growth opportunities. This position will guide change management, technology leadership, and support to cross functional client areas.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
Identification of needs and development of plans to implement improved and new technologies and processes within the team, sub-functions, and third-party vendors
Builds relationships through demonstrated expertise and business acumen with external parties outside of function and/or company
Identify methods to leverage technology in supporting systems and applications they support
Knowledge of management activities for secure website development
Maintains awareness of emerging technology and communicates value/impact for supported functions
Consistently recognizes errors and proactively applies root cause analysis
Provide technical support to users regarding the systems and applications they use
Works with others within IT and other departments to solve problems in a collaborative fashion
Builds expertise in Project Management discipline by leading and delivering small scale projects (on time, within scope and within budget)
Takes ownership of small-scale project implementation budgets by capturing appropriate cost to reach end-state goals of project plan
Implementation and management of quality IT services to meet the needs of the business
