ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Corporate Finance

As the Lead Finance Manager – eComm, you will work to define the future of one of Reynolds’ key strategic growth areas. An entrepreneurial spirit will be key for day-to-day support of financial and strategic planning processes and will shine through the development of business cases for the introduction of new benefits, partnerships, and other initiatives. In this highly visible role, the Lead Finance Manager will work within a cross-functional team to bring energy, innovation, and creativity to drive the growth of this channel. This position plays an integral role in the Reynolds’ Commercial Finance team and offers tremendous growth opportunity.

Reporting Level: No Direct Reports

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Support the management of the eComm P&L by ensuring the monthly forecasting and closing processes are completed accurately and timely; budget variances must be clearly identified and articulated.

  • Develop and sustain strong business partnerships across various functions (Consumer Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Operations, Finance, IDT, Procurement).

  • Support/own the development of financial modelling and provide scenario analyses to drive commercial business decisions (must be able to operate effectively under pressure and in an ambiguous environment).

  • Develop pricing and promotion recommendations and related performance tracking.

  • Support and continuously refine a robust reporting package and KPIs to advise the ongoing management of the eComm business.

  • Contribute to Monthly Brand Reviews by developing value-added financial insights.

  • Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls.

  • Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous group/improvement in execution; and

  • Support and lead special projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 1-2 years minimum previous experience supporting eComm in finance capacity

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or closely related field

  • Strong financial modelling skillset and ability to assess investment decisions

  • Framework-driven and logic-based reasoning

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and consumer-centric attitude with capacity for innovation

  • Ability to perform under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and challenge the status quo

  • High proficiency (or mastery preferred) in knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High sense of urgency, work ethic, and flexibility

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision; must be a self-starter

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
