We are looking for a Lead Finance Manager who will bring innovation, creativity and a great attitude to our team. In this role you will report to the Vice President Finance – Supply Finance and you will be a key member of the Supply Finance Team. You will apply your expertise in reporting, analysis and provide business support to operations while nurturing business partnerships with key stakeholders.

Education Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area

  • Strong knowledge of finance / analytics with at least 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis or related analytical field

  • Demonstrated high proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office


  • CPA, MBA or MAC preferred

  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support monthly reporting and analysis which may include performance of system related activities utilizing SAP

  • Perform ad-hoc financial modelling (such as business cases) and analysis

  • Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement within the supply finance organization

  • Perform variance analysis, including actual to budget and year over year performance

  • Prepare and analyze journal entries as needed in support of month and quarter close activities

  • Assist with the financial planning cycle including preparations and maintenance of data and schedules related to the planning cycle

  • Responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation of various internal controls

  • Partner with business functions, such as Operations, Tax, Treasury, and Marketing on special projects
