ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Lead Finance Manager who will bring innovation, creativity, and a great attitude to our team. In this role you will report to the Senior Finance Manager, Planning and Insights and you will be a key member of the Planning and Insights Team. You will apply your expertise in reporting, analysis and provide business support to operations and Finance while nurturing business partnerships with key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Support monthly reporting and analysis which may include performance of system related activities utilizing Finance reporting tools (e.g SAP | BI | Others)
Support the monthly cost of sales forecasting review
Perform ad-hoc financial modelling (including financial input for business cases)
Perform variance analysis, including actual vs budget and same period last year
Understand the composition and track the actual cost of goods sold for different categories
Partner with business functions, such as Operations, Tax, Treasury, and Marketing on special projects
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
Strong knowledge of finance / analytics with at least 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related analytical field
Demonstrated high proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strategic thinking with strong influencing and leadership skills
Solid and effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to make decisions within limited time, applying good judgment and ability to ask relevant questions to determine next steps
High sense of urgency, work ethic and flexibility
Ability to work with minimal supervision with the expectation of being a motivated and cooperative team member; ability to be a self-starter
Financial responsibility/reliability and detail oriented
Ability to understand and challenge the status quo
BENEFICIAL
Knowledge of ERP Systems and BPC (SAP)
Operations Finance or Supply Chain Finance experience
Power Bi, Tableau or Database management tools
Finance Modeling
Knowledge of cost accounting & factory operations

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent

Paid Leave:
