This role will play a key part in RGM strategy development and execution, ensuring the accuracy of financial forecasts and reporting, business cases and post implementation reviews, overseeing a strong internal control environment, and championing the company ethos. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that business partners across the commercial teams to provide value-added financial support in driving long term sustainable revenue and margin growth.

  • Partner with stakeholders and provide strategic and financial guidance to cross functional business partners

  • Present and communicate to stakeholders the forecasts, performance, and potential risks/opportunities related to Net Turnover

  • Provide stakeholders with meaningful analytics and insights into pricing initiatives and Traditional Categories Financial performance

  • Ensure a strong internal control environment exists surrounding Revenue Capture processes

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency within the Commercial Finance team

  • Provide support to the RGM team for Quarterly and Annual Plans through business cases and financial modeling

  • Coach, mentor and develop individual contributors on the team

  • Driving ad-hoc projects as required.


  • Do you have the ability to tailor communication relative to the style and needs of others?

  • Do you have prior experience within a CPG Company?


  • 3-5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or relevant area.

  • Strong business acumen. Understanding market dynamics and demand patterns to help drive business decisions.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate financial strategy, results, and forecasts.

  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-pace and ambiguous environment.

  • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support

  • Ability to challenge the status quo as necessary.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.

  • High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint


  • CPA, MBA, MAC or international equivalent
