WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEAD MANAGER, HRBP - CORPORATE

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Primary strategic partner to the Corporate Functions in developing HR Strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions; Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people related strategy and execution.

  • Understand dynamics and key business priorities for the Corporate teams, ensuring required capabilities, OD, and talent to deliver their strategies, and alignment to overall talent agenda.

  • Works hand in hand with business driving transformation through large scale OD and WoW changes, new capability talent sourcing and development.

  • Partners with Talent & OE to design and implement specific talent management, employee engagement and retention strategies.

  • Designs and/or drives the talent and diversity strategy within the Corporate functions & coach leadership team(s) to successfully manage all people management processes.

  • Partners with learning & development colleagues and talent acquisition on strategies and initiatives in support of the organization’s workforce plan and talent strategy.

  • Partners with Rewards to design and implement specific Rewards strategies.

  • Works with clients to implement and manage human resources processes, including:

  • Rewards

  • Organizational Design and Effectiveness

  • Talent management, development, recruitment, and organizational planning

  • Employee engagement strategies and plans

  • Base salary determination and review (e.g., dual career ladders, job evaluation), annual bonus and long-term incentives (stock option and restricted stock)

  • Strategic workforce planning

  • Leadership Coaching

  • Employee Relations

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in progressively responsible roles within human resources, including human resources business partner or similar specialist roles. Previous rotation in a specialist role is a plus.

  • Experience bringing to bear organizational design principles and strategies to drive organizational effectiveness preferred.

  • Knowledgeable in groundbreaking business practices, trends, and information; aware of reward and benefits strategies and innovative tactics being applied in the marketplace.

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop individuals at all levels and with an array of skill sets; Solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Self-motivated, self-confident individual who is comfortable operating with minimal direction and who thrives in a vibrant environment as a leader influencing change and transformation.

  • Able to build credibility among senior management and peers to gain commitment and support for major initiatives while placing company’s interests first.

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills. Comfortable developing and delivering presentations applying data and insights.

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human resources, or a related field.

BENEFICIAL

  • SHRM or HCI Certification

  • Prior experience implementing talent strategies for a research and development function highly preferred; experience in a multi-national global consumer products company

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
