  • Solicit and gather Supply Chain and Procurement business needs and requirements. Work with business partners and project managers to design and deliver solutions. This experience should include creating detailed documents and presentations to key stakeholders.

  • Lead solution design of ERP, MES and/or warehouse automation experience integrating systems.

  • Demonstrate IT Project Management discipline, delivering business benefits on time, within scope and within budget.

  • Define project scope and objectives, explore alternative solutions, ensure technical feasibility, and manage risk conforming to RAI enterprise risk management guidelines.

  • Plan and deliver targeted communications that meet project and stakeholder needs; Leverage internal and external networks of peers and cross-functional relationships to drive strategy and to influence and manage change.

  • Effectively engage with contracted vendor services providing input to help monitor and improve the vendor’s performance.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging technology and communicate value/impact for supported functions.

  • Test, integrate, and maintain technology services, considering cross-functional business needs and Company goals.

  • 4-6 Years’ Experience with Supply Chain & Procurement Processes and Systems Solutions

  • 4 Year undergraduate degree in IT related field or equivalent job experience

  • Excellent client facing, written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, co-workers, and project team members

  • Strong strategic, logical / analytical, and creative thinking

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

  • Experience working in regulated environments

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, with the expectation of working as a motivated and cooperative team member.


  • Project Management Training

  • Experience with FDA relevant systems and/or processes and computer system validation

Wage Information

  • Annual Salary: Minimum:$88,400; Maximum: $130,000

  • Bonus Target: 15 percent
