This position is within Reynolds American Services Company—a subsidiary that provides support services, including compliance, HR, law, finance, information management, and more to all of the subsidiaries of RAI.

The AEM Content Specialist will work within the Consumer Experience team to support multiple business units in a variety of different capacities, including:

Site migration strategy development

  • Building new content/pages and editing existing content utilizing existing components and target capabilities

  • Inventory pages and audit content for quality/relevance/suitability

  • Develop migration plan and socialize with business owners and other key stakeholders

  • Work with project manager to document project timelines and key deliverables

Content editing/documentation

  • Identify and document content to be migrated to AEM CMS

  • Make necessary updates to account for new brand styles, new navigation patterns, etc.

  • Revise/rewrite content for a limited set of high-level pages that must be redesigned

CMS page authoring

  • Create new pages in AEM using a standard set of page grids, containers and components

  • Lay out pages in AEM and populate with content, images, disclosures, etc.

  • Collaborate with UX design team colleagues on any necessary mockups or image assets

  • Cooperate with business owners and compliance reviewers to make any required revisions

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education:

Minimum BA in business related field, or relevant experience

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Hands on with Adobe AEM platform and must have experience in building consumer facing websites using AEM

  • Strong innovation, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Good understanding of the principles of content strategy with a broad understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, and web usability

  • Experience with user-centered design from concept to delivery

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience writing a variety of digital content for instructional, transactional and marketing experiences – including navigation labels, form fields labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help messages, alert messages and FAQs

  • Solid understanding of UX best practices

  • Enterprise CMS content authoring experience a must; AEM/CQ5 experience a plus

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Proficient in other Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions (Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, and/or AEM)

  • Experience in migrating CMS platforms to AEM from another CMS platform is preferred

  • Experience with other marketing automation tools Dynamic 365, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Marketo

  • Fundamental understanding of IT and Marketing principles

  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level

  • Proven experience with data collection and analysis
