WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Maintenance Analyst III

SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced Non-Management Level

FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Winston-Salem (Tobaccoville) , NC

ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The Maintenance Analyst III role is responsible for work order processes, preventative maintenance planning and scheduling, spare parts tracking, OEM engagement for parts inventory, and asset tracking and documentation.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

Serves as a technical resource to the manufacturing operation, providing technical information, guidance, and maintenance recommendations.

Reports to: Senior Area Manager- Maintenance

Core Relationships: Internal –Production associate and planning, Maintenance Management. External- Vendors, Agencies and Supply room

Geographic Scope: Local

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manages CMMS data collection and information gathering to provide the planned maintenance services more effectively. Analyses CMMS data to drive improvement in the maintenance process.

  • Plans corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance work orders using CMMS.

  • Utilize CMMS to prepare reports for various aspects of the operation to drive KPIs and budget requirements.

  • Development and management of work plans to maximize equipment reliability.

  • Collaborates with Operations Management and Engineering to balance and schedule events.

  • Develops partnership relationships with external vendors, agencies, suppliers, and service providers to drive part resolutions, continuous improvements, and effectiveness of processes.

  • Collaborates with Production Scheduling to align maintenance and engineering events.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • Understanding of all aspects of maintenance management

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, possess a high sense of urgency and strong work ethic

  • Computer skills using SAP CMMS, Process Control System (i.e., Ignition), and MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills with an ability to recommend continuous improvements.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • BS Degree with relevant experience (2+yrs), or Associate Degree with relevant experience (5+yrs), High School diploma or equivalent with relevant experience (7+yrs)

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.
