ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The primary role of the NPI Analyst is to support the NPI Traditional and New Category teams in administrative, reporting, and project-related functions. The NPI Analyst will collaborate closely with the NPI Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met on time and assist with administrative, reporting, and tactical work for the NPI team.

The primary role of the NPI Analyst is to support the NPI Traditional and New Category teams in administrative, reporting, and project-related functions. The NPI Analyst will collaborate closely with the NPI Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met on time and assist with administrative, reporting, and tactical work for the NPI team.
Reports to: Director Innovations and Product Planning
Core Relationships: Internal –Legal, Operations, Finance, Brand, Trade
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Administrative duties – Gathering data to satisfy requests from Legal, Tax, and other groups as needed
Data extraction and reporting from various internal systems
FDA Registration/Submissions support activities
Prepare monthly meeting agendas and facilitate cross-functional team meetings
Manages NPI KPI Spreadsheet maintenance & monthly reporting for Supply Leadership team and global sharing
Manages Art Review Provisioning and Team Reviewer maintenance
Manages NPI and Packaging Activities SharePoint Sites, including maintenance & site permissions
Assist NPI Managers with various tactical activities on projects
Contribute to NPI continuous improvement initiatives
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years work experience
Project Management and/or Operations (manufacturing or supply chain) experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work as a value-added team member
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to details
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and able to quickly learn other software programs
Team-oriented, demonstrating ability to influence and collaborate with others
Excellent follow-through on commitments
Self-motivated, energetic, flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to make sound and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and data-driven yet able to think and act creatively
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
