ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part ofCommercial Finance – Revenue Growth Management
The role is responsible for Understanding revenue growth and how to most efficiently drive net sales, profit, market and volume share is vital to delivering our overall business objectives. We’re looking for a passionate individual who is excited by analytics to insights and innovation vs. the status quo to join our Commercial Finance team to drive Revenue Growth Management agenda for New Categories.
Reports to: Sr. Director Commercial Finance – RGM, new Categories
Reporting Level: No Direct Reports
Geographic Scope: US
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Maintain, augment and improve the company’s existing price & share modeling efforts.
Develop a wide array of analytical approaches and modeling, demonstrating technological resources inclusive of regression engines, artificial intelligence and scenario planning modules.
Demonstrate vast datasets of shipments, pricing, retail offtake and transaction-level data to develop critical business intelligence and insights, with specific focus on the continued development and analytics related to Retail Scan Data (RSD).
Collaborate with other Commercial Finance, RGM, Strategy & Planning, Demand Finance and Consumer Marketing organization leads to ensure an aligned annual operating plan with appropriate revenue, margin and share objectives.

Strong ability to build trusting partnerships
Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
BA/BS Degree Required
Master’s Degree Preferred
RGM Experience in a CPG company
