WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual customer performance for all categories within a Total Nicotine Strategy
Develops promotional strategy within Joint Business Planning process, deploying promotional programs with a dynamic cadence aligned to Reynolds & Customer KPI’s.
Manage customer promotional budgets (JBF accrual) and other resource allocations with real-time reporting
Develop analyses and present recommendations to drive timely, fit for purpose and actionable business enhancing opportunities
Provide insights, analyses, and recommendations within the Joint Business Planning process with key customers and lead the internal evaluation & benchmarking process to ensure program success.
Develop and provide business review for management regarding business strategy and brand performance
Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation and positive influence on decision making processes
Effectively communicate results to clients across the organization to facilitate decision making process

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
5+ years in business/commercial analytics and/or related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point (V-Lookup, etc.)
Highly effective oral, written, and listening communication skills delivered in a manner appropriate to the needs of the audience
Ability to understand broader business issues and seek resolution
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with a broad range of disciplines, cross-functionally.
Proven excellence in customer management and relationship building
Demonstrated potential to lead, coach, and develop self/others
Strong ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
BENEFICIAL
Previous experience in a marketing focused role and/or Account Management
Retail sales experience

The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:
401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
Company contributes an additional three percent to 401(k) whether employee participates or not

Paid Leave:
Sick and Personal Time (exempt employees may be excused with pay for brief absences; non-exempt employees receive up to 6 days)
