Sr. Manager HR Business Partner

The Human Resources Function is pleased to offer an employment opportunity of a Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to the Trade Marketing (Sales) Function of the business to create best in class employee engagement and a high performing culture. The HRBP advises and partners with Senior management to align business objectives and create and execute strategic initiatives, leadership development plans and recruitment strategies to further strengthen the talent pipeline and succession plans across all levels of Trade Marketing. The HRBP role will partner with key stakeholders to deliver diversity and inclusion programs, employee retention and engagement strategies. The HRBP serves as a partner with field sales management and provides functional support as it relates to HR programs, policies, practices and processes. In addition, a key responsibility of this role will be to assist with the management of various projects as assigned. The HRBP for Trade Marketing is a dynamic, hands-on partnership with a best in class Sales organization as they strive to transform an industry. This job provides the opportunity for domestic travel throughout the assigned Sales Areas and reports to the Director Strategic Business Partner of Trade Marketing.


  • Proactively identify team and organizational needs, evaluate options and develop solutions.

  • Build effective partnerships with Senior managers and employees within the Trade Marketing function by spending time in Market with individuals

  • Consults with line management on coaching and feedback efforts, people and performance decisions, employee engagement, communications, talent management development, organizational change initiatives and program rollouts

  • Drive change management initiatives through a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements

  • Facilitation of annual Talent Review Meetings and Performance Review Panels

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • HR business partnering experience supporting a Sales organization

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task assignments.

  • Proven strong project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to critically assimilate and assess data.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to drive to consensus where appropriate

  • Global mobility is a plus
