As the Senior Manager of Brand Campaigns in the Consumer Marketing function you will be joining a team of exceptional marketers in a World Class Marketing Organization. As a marketing led organization we manage some of the largest and most iconic brands in the Consumer Product Goods category. This is a fast paced and collaborative environment with a heavy emphasis on marketing excellence and talent development.
Your overarching responsibilities include:
Keen understanding of consumer trends and market insights; translating into brand and/or program opportunities that support achievement of business goals
Assist in defining and implementing marketing campaigns, and develop product/program launches and go-to-market initiatives
Significant collaboration with cross departmental stakeholders – domestic and global
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate individual to join our marketing team and be a part of an exciting opportunity to change the tobacco landscape and reimagine a new world of nicotine enjoyment for Adult Tobacco Consumers (ATC).
Backed with experience, dedication, and best-in-class industry resources, you will be responsible for the development of brand expression strategies and programs to advance our brands’ position in the marketplace.
The Senior Manager of Brand Campaigns will:
Proactively engage in and contribute to strategic brand planning.
Assist in developing, directing and evaluating data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns aligned with achieving brand and business goals.
Integrate digital capabilities into marketing plans and drive adoption of mobile programs and apps.
Collaborate with and lead external agencies in the development of marketing strategies, programming, and communication to support key brand initiatives.
Serve as brand champion across the organization, leading a cross-functional team toward the on-time, on-strategy implementation, assessment, and optimization of key brand initiatives.
Serve as brand communications steward, ensuring that all brand communication is on strategy and aligned with established equity tenets.
Demonstrate strong business acumen; manage and communicate business performance; develop recommendations for brand programs.
Effectively articulate and gain support for new thinking, and lead change throughout the organization when appropriate.
Assist in monitoring competitive activity and consumer/marketplace trends and implications; provide insights and recommendations for competitive advantage and/or brand development.
Ensure that corporate strategy and regulatory guidelines are imbedded in all marketing initiatives.
Manage on-going third-party relationships with vendors, agencies, and contractors.
Regular interaction with International Brand Group.

Analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Ability to plan, execute and report out on initiatives
Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to influence at senior levels within the organization
Proactively address needs and work with colleagues at various levels of experience, across departments, and with agency representative
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS
Bachelor’s Degree required - marketing specialization is a plus
Graduate Degree (MBA) and/ or equivalent company program is a plus
Knowledge & Experience:
3-5+ years marketing experience
Prior experience in global consumer marketing (central/HQ or end market) preferred
Proven brand/platform building capabilities
Demonstrated experience and understanding of CRM, Adobe Platforms, business management, program development, trade and consumer insights/research, brand strategy and communication.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills, thinking/operating strategically, sound decision-making, and an appreciation of functions other than Marketing
