WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Set theme level strategy and develop high impact KPIs
Engage with senior leaders to embed and prioritize ESG sustainability drivers in the way we do business
Identify concrete improvement opportunities
Develop roadmaps and projects for specific improvement options
Collaborate with business stakeholders to accelerate progress & clear bottlenecks
Help quantify the benefits of our initiatives and contribution to our ambitions – e.g. Net Zero by 2050
Play a vital role in managing corporate reputation

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Five to seven years of progressive experience in a related field required.
Able to interact with senior business leaders and experts within a large international company
Highly analytical combined with strong business sense
Problem-solver and systems thinker with strong delivery capability
Ambitious talent, with high potential and strong verbal and written communication skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Undergraduate degree in ESG, sustainability management, science, engineering or equivalent degree
Significant Experience with Matrixed Organization

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW
Annual Salary: Minimum: $110,500; Maximum:$162,500
Bonus Target: 25 percent
The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:
401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
Company contributes an additional three percent to 401(k) whether employee participates or not
