Senior Manager E-Commerce Marketing

Reynolds is looking for an experienced e-Commerce marketer to lead the e-Commerce marketing strategy for new customer growth and retention. This individual will help oversee the strategy, execution and consumer marketing programs across e-Commerce and ensure that we meet our growth goals.

This individual will have experience in implementing best practices driven towards acquiring and retaining consumers online. Success in this role will come through understanding what differentiates our experiences from a competitor while developing strategies based on marketing trends and customer feedback to acquire and retain customers. This person should be well organized and flexible with a high degree of accountability, and is able to plan, prioritize and organize in a fast-pace, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities Include

  • Formulate and manage channel marketing programs, including Go-To-Market playbook, product launch support, sustained or always-on programs and event marketing.

  • Define, plan and coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that increase the efficiency of marketing funnel.

  • Works with finance to gain approval for promotional tactics and discounting.

  • Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and subscriber acquisition.

  • Partners with brand team to plan and develop marketing outreach campaigns that drive consumers online through print and digital channels.

  • Develops strategy of identifying high-value customers to target acquisition opportunities that will fuel growth.

  • Works to develop and implement content calendar to increase consumer engagement.

  • Responsible for creating campaign briefs so that cross functional channels can execute on key objectives, also maintains thee-commerce acquisition marketing calendar.

  • Helps to strategize and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities; ensuring channel alignment (social media, website management, paid social, etc).

  • Partners with analytics team to determine Promotional Effectiveness and makes optimization recommendations.

  • Works with peers to develop and manage lead generation campaigns throughout the year.

  • Manages and communicates promotional strategy.

  • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to drive a 360 plan while representing appropriate channel partners’ views in order to effectively manage priorities.

Ideal Candidates For This Position Will Have

  • Experience in marketing at a consumer, high-growth company with experience in digital marketing.

  • Experience working with internal and external partners to develop and scale B2C campaigns.

  • Ability to think and act strategically, while also rolling up your sleeves to be hands-on as needed.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and distill it to solve problems and give actionable recommendations.

  • Experience working with Magento page builder a plus

  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics a plus.

Job Skills And Requirements

  • BA/BS in related field.

  • 4+ year(s) of experience in roles involving customer acquisition.

  • Experience working cross collaboratively with Brand Marketing, Merchandising and Digital teams to optimize and enhance customer experiences - proven track record.

  • Experience managing digital agencies.

  • Analytical, data driven in decision making.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with other employees/customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
