FUNCTION: Trade Marketing

LOCATION: Winston-Salem, NC


What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The Trade Marketing Operations Analyst role will support all Trade Marketing field personnel with administrative and system data support on specific tasks.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

To effectively execute the job responsibilities the Analyst must be proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint). The Analyst position requires strong teamwork and collaboration across internal functional areas and Field Trade Marketing employees, a heightened sensitivity to deadlines, and the ability to manage competing priorities in order to accomplish a variety of goals. The Analyst will be expected to seek innovative ways to enhance existing processes and develop strategic implementation plans.

Reports to: Lead Manager TM Operations

Core Relationships: Internal –Marketing, Finance, and Internal Functions

Geographic Scope: Local


  • Provide specific administrative support to the Field Trade Marketing personnel, including:

  • Provide timely and accurate resolution to Field Trade Marketing requests by updating information in our Customer Relations Management system.

  • Support communicating promotional and discounting information to external customers.

  • Coordinate multiple Field Trade Marketing voucher requests.

  • Support specific new hire processes including: recruitment arraignments, candidate expenses and market visits.

Experience Required

  • 2 plus years in similar analytical-admin roles

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change and handle multiple assignments.

  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).

  • SharePoint or Micro Strategy knowledge/experience a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Appropriate for all levels in the organization.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when workloads and deadlines require.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience


  • Sharepoint Experience

  • Salesforce
